These solutions are crucial for helping global engine manufacturers meet stringent emissions regulations, such as Euro 6d, upcoming Euro 7, China 6, and Bharat 6. Their products in this category include catalytic converters, particulate filters, mufflers, resonators, and various exhaust pipes and tips. Tenneco's advanced systems and specialized coatings are key to cutting emissions and boosting fuel economy across various fuel types, including gas, diesel, alternative fuels, and hybrids.
  • Performance Solutions: This segment encompasses products designed to enhance vehicle safety, comfort, and performance. Key offerings include ride control systems like shock absorbers and struts, which are vital for a smooth and safe driving experience. Brands such as Monroe, a globally recognized name, fall under this category, offering innovative original equipment and aftermarket replacement solutions like QUICK-STRUT® complete replacement strut assemblies, MONRO-MATIC® PLUS struts, and OESPECTRUM® struts. Additionally, Tenneco provides braking products, gaskets and seals, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance materials that improve overall vehicle refinement.

Beyond product manufacturing, Tenneco also engages in broader services related to the automotive supply chain. They provide engineering expertise, leveraging their global engineering centers to drive innovation and address specific customer needs. Their distribution strategies are multi-faceted, including direct supply to automotive manufacturers, extensive aftermarket parts distribution, and engagement with online and digital sales platforms, as well as authorized automotive parts retailers. While specific daily or weekly promotional offers for individual retail customers might not be widely publicized for a large-scale manufacturer like Tenneco, their aftermarket brands under DRiV would likely have localized promotions through their distribution networks and authorized retailers. These could include special pricing on popular replacement parts like shock absorbers or promotional bundles for common repair components. Their overall pricing strategy balances premium pricing for advanced OEM solutions with competitive pricing for aftermarket products, aiming to attract both cost-conscious consumers and those seeking high-performance components.

Tenneco Customer Reviews

This was top of my worst job ever. Pay is a joke and there system about the same. Conveyor belt boxes always getting stuck have to walk and fix. That awesome when someone right in front of stuck box but not get it.There is 7 lines called spree line the boxes come down to scan and build pallets. Will be only 6 people on them lines and 2-3 will be day shift if working weekends. Most companies would only have boxes on the lines that have people, then cut off the ones day shift on when they leave. This company nope they will have the most boxes come down the empty line then 1 other. Boxes shouldn’t weigh more than 50lbs we had couple days where they was 70-96lbs. Doing that for 12 hours and 3 days will be another reason to not work there. I would pick fast food before this money would be close the same and run better

One star for the girl in the office. Very slow loading. When will their management take action

I arrived at 8 am, my appointment was at 2:00 pm, at first they gave me the door, and then they changed and said that I had an appointment at 2:00 pm, but my cargo was not ready yet. So we had to wait. At 14:00 I was given the door and at 16:30 the loading was completed. In general, they were polite, and the fact that they didn’t load me earlier was unlucky, but sometimes they load someone.

2/9/2020 Sunday O/O this was an XPO load I was picking up going to Houston. Lady in the office was a sweetheart. I checked in @ 0815 Had 1100 appointment. In dock @ 0825 and out the door with my paperwork @ 0850. Guy brought my paperwork out when he was done & put bolt seal on. He too was nice and polite. Extremely fast live loading. I would come here again.

Speaking as a truck driver who delivered here once, I had a good experience. The receptionist and receiver were both helpful and friendly. I was out of there quickly. I would recommend arrows on their sign to show that delivery trucks need to turn right before entering the gate.
