I would give negative stars if I could. Had my windshield replaced, paid $400. 3 days later, a crack appeared from the seam. They agreed it wasn’t our fault because it came from the inside of the seam. When we first brought it in, they said they didn’t have the correct seam but would make it work. So it’s either the seam was wrong and installed wrong or the glass is shoddy. They took pictures and so did we. We were told they had to contact the glass manufacturer to get approval to replace it. Now we’re getting the run around because they can’t get a hold of the manufacturer because they don’t have a phone number for them & it’s all through email. Which I find to be ridiculous! We were told 2-3 weeks, it’s now going on 8. We were told they are doing us a favor by contacting the manufacturer and there’s nothing else they can do because there’s no warranty on glass. We were also told that another customer was waiting for the same thing and they’ve been waiting a week or two long then us. I find it hard to believe a shop can assume blame then tell us that basically we’re screwed. Oh they did say we can bring in the vehicle and replace the glass for another $400. This is maddening!!! Do not take your vehicle here!!! This is a small town so this kind of treatment won’t go unnoticed.

Labor quote for replacing driver’s side windshield on my 1995 Fleetwood RV: 12 hrs labor at $159 hour. $1908 just for labor. Ridiculous!

Scheduled an appointment dropped my car off a day in advance, they opened up the next day took it back in the shop put a new windshield in it at a very reasonable price left satisfied.
