Issi and his team are amazing people and an amazing business! My Grandmother used Team Automotive services and they helped us out a lot after her passing and we needed to get work done on the car. Due to their kind, prompt and professional services we were able to navigate a hard time in our lives easily. Highly recommend for honest, fast, quality service.

Had a throttle body issue with my F250. Mr. Jeminez was all business. Completely took care of me and had me back on the road the next day along with an affordable price to go with the service. My new machanic!

Have been taking my car there for more than 15 years. Previous owner hand picked the current owner who has had it for 12 years to make sure the high level of service continued and it has. Always honest quality service. Previous vehicle I had for 17 years under his care. Now Izzy is taking care of my new one.

My brother took his car to Team Automotive recently. His car bearly made it there, it needed work that my brother could not afford so my brother declined that service. The car was undrivable so Team Automotive suggested my brother tow his car away and not drive it unless he made those repairs BUT they still did work on the car and charged him a lesser fee that my brother was able to pay. The problem here is why would Team Automotive offer to do work on a car that would not have made a difference with making the car drivable? They charged my brother $300 in labor and he Still had to tow the car away. Why couldn't they just charge him for the diagnosis? My brother suffers from a disability that alters his decision making skills, my brother trusted them and they abused that trust. I went to Team Automotive on 3/17/23 to bring this up and request they return my brother the "labor fee". Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have a good discussion about this because as I was talking to the manager the office clerk behind the desk almost immediately began screaming at me and talking very rudely and unprofessional. Pretty sure he forgot he was in a place of business. He accused me of wanting to "get things free" and when I asked him for his name he replied "that doesn't matter". It's not about the money, it's the principle. Very unfortunate experience and the office clerk made it 100 times worse.
