I had purchased a truck that was supposed to have a hitch on it and didn’t, dealer was an ass about it, I had called around everywhere to get a class five hitch and no one had one in stock, this was on Labor Day weekend. Bobby ended up hunting one down for me, waited till I could get down there through traffic and install it so we could go on our trip, did an excellent job installing both the hitch and trailer brake control, saved our weekend!

Where is the “10 star” option. I read the reviews here and went by hoping they were true. Bobby and his assistant were amazing, honest, and more than fair. Even if you have to drive past four other hitch shops, I would recommend making the effort. Truly excellent business practices that only make me wish I could be a customer more often.

Bobby is a gem of human! He goes above and beyond. With the current state of the the world, he was able to get a hitch in for my car in 4 days when most others said the part was back ordered for weeks. Then he offered to install it the night the part came in to make sure we would have our bikes with us on our trip. It looks super clean, he did a great job! Thank you so much Bobby!

Bobby and the team at Taylor's are the BEST! I called them with a brake failure on my enclosed car hauler and he was able to help me the same day. Upon arrival he was super friendly and helped me back into his lot. He had the needed parts in stock and got me back on the road in less than an hour. The customer service here is second to none, and the pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!

I bought my hitch receiver from Amazon and called places in Costa Mesa for an install. Most need scheduling and they give a BIG DEAL if you bring your own hitch. Bobby was super nice! I called asked for a quote and stop by after an hour. Waited and watched him install the receiver and it was done professionally. I was gonna install it myself and good thing I decided not coz without help and lifter it will be very hard for my car. I highly recommend this place! Local business owner not a huge company! Thanks Bobby!
