Had no problem with this place until they switched ladies at the front desk. Took our two vehicles here on the 7th and the 'new' front desk lady said she had no record of our vehicles ever having been there which was weird to us because I've taken our van there for over a year and never had an issue. They did look overs of both of the vehicles and recommended services that needed to be done. Our van needed brakes so we set up an appointment for the 16th (today).The lady didn't know how to give us quotes on any of the services so she had the mechanic call us back and he never did. It was until two days later that I finally called them to get the quotes. Today (16th) my wife arrives for our appointment and the same front desk lady who WROTE down and SCHEDULED the appointment in her appointment book said that we aren't booked for an appointment today which is BS because she's the one who set it up. Like why would I drive an hour out of the way when i didn't have an appointment? My wife worked 12 hours last night and slept for 4 hours to make this appointment and we weren't even booked for one. She didn't offer any consolation of trying to get us in ASAP or anything. Your staff needs better training and you should probably go to a computer for scheduling appointments. You just lost a dedicated customer. This is ridiculous and we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Complete waste of time. I also recommend finding a front desk person who knows what they are doing.

Great place to get your car repaired. My power steering was going out and Adrian got me in sooner than he told me on the phone. The other night my car died and had to have it towed there. Would recommend it to everyone.

After arriving from the Pittsburgh, PA area to Adrian, in the evening, our "engine light" came on. Without an appointment the following morning, "Tanner's" sacrificed their time, and scheduled appointments and ran diagnostics on our car. The gentleman "cleared" the engine light and re-assured me that there was nothing to worry about. Thank God, there was absolutely nothing wrong with our car, just a bad reaction to the extreme, bitter cold! We have since continued on our travels without any engine light illuminating again. The gentleman at Tanner's that looked at our car was a calming, confident voice of knowledge that provided us the security knowing that our car was fine! THANK YOU TANNER'S! I use tanners for all my auto repair needs I live in Monroe Mi I always take my truck here only shop that is honest with you they won't sell you something you dont need cause there honest and try to do everything at a fair price iv been to alot of shops no other like tanners Iv been going here for 5+ years mistakes do happen and they will always make it right ,recently you guys did a air delete on my 17 ram you guys did a great job truck rides better then it ever has you guys went above and beyond to get my truck driving and aligned properly I appreciate all of the staff that made it happen !
