I thought I was going to get jumped by these dudes because I wouldn't let the man get into my glove box ! Told him I was cool an no thanks but dude was persistent about opening my glove box an got an attitude with me cause I keep telling him I was good ! Then pointed at the camera an said he had too an again I told him I was cool than dude got pissed an stormed away an had me sitting in the bay for over an hour! You done lost my business forever an on top of all that checked my oil an it was two quarts low ! An payed 90 something 💵 for all this BS

I went to take 5 today. I wanted an oil change. I was asked to open my hood. The girl opened the hood briefly, shut it slightly, and I was told to pull into the bay. I sat there for 20 minutes while they “worked on “ the car in the other bay. They mostly talked amongst themselves and took their sweet time. Eventually I asked them to open the garage door and let me out. Everyone there looked like they just escaped prison. I’m pretty sure I dodged a bullet. Don’t go there. Total waste of time.

Had the best experience when I went to get my oil change. There was only 1 employee doing the job of 3 people and I still had a better experience than the last time I was in there. This time I was asked if I wanted a new air filter my other coolants redone and he described some of the noises and actions I had been feeling where as last time I was only asked what kind of oil change I wanted and that was it. Jon was a model mechanic and with him the shop seems to running way better than before and I will be going back for all my oil needs.
