They are quick, professional, and very nice. You drive up to the door and they greet you with a free bottle of cold water. The mechanics explain what needs to be done and why. They go over your receipt with you, and help you understand any questions you might have. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend who attempted to be a customer of this establishment. He gave them money, so he fulfilled his end of the bargain... so I suppose he *IS* a customer. That's the only part of this transaction that went correctly. He was going to press charges against them for what they did to his vehicle so he didn't allow me to share this story until recently, which is why this is so long after the incident. On opening day, my friend was nearby, saw an opening day promo (Half off oil changes, which still ended up costing approximately $70 for his Toyota SUV. I would presume the normal cost is $130-$140. I've got my thoughts on that, knowing 5 quarts of synthetic oil costs, to the consumer, about $30 for good quality oil, and I'm sure they're paying about $3-$5 each for their filters, max. Regardless of that, he was in a hurry, the price was fine for him at the time, and he pulled in. It's been a bit so the exact details are blurry but his experience went something like this. 1. Pull in, confirm price and approve service. 2. Workers begin working. Go under car. Pull plug and filter housing. Drain Oil. 3. Replace filter housing. Replace drain plug. Begin to refill with oil. 4. Guy under car panics. They stop filling car with oil. Nobody tells my friend anything. 5. My friend remains in his car for a while while there is a large gathering of technicians (using that term generously). They take turns looking at the bottom side of the engine. 6. Eventually they call over the owner or manager figure who also goes under the vehicle. 7. The techs and the owner go into some back room out of sight to discuss the situation. 8. They come back to my friend and explain that they cannot complete the oil change because the oil filter housing threading is damaged. They show him a picture of the damage. They say that the filter housing will not and did not thread on straight due to the prior damage. They say because of this, the oil filter housing will not seal and the engine will not hold oil. 9. They make up a story that the filter damage is not THEIR fault and that it arrived that way, blaming the prior shop that worked on this vehicle. 10. They roll his vehicle out to the parking lot and make him pay for a tow at his expense. This costs him hundreds of dollars to get it back to his house. 11. They kept his money for the oil change after breaking his car. There's a LOT of issues with this. 1. If the threading was already damaged and the oil filter housing was threaded on incorrectly and at an angle, as the shop alleges is how it was when he arrived, the oil WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IN THE ENGINE. This was an oil change after many thousands of miles of driving. If you have ever worked with changing oil, you'll know that even a worn crush washer on a properly torqued oil drain plug will leak oil, and this shop is saying a barely threaded on misaligned and cross threaded housing was still able to hold oil until they touched it? Insane. 2. If the housing was cross threaded to the degree where this somehow held oil since his last oil change, it would have had to be cross threaded to the point where the oil filter housing O ring made contact and sealed the gap. This would be very unlikely because it would require a ton of force and there would be marring and damage to the threading the entire length of the housing, not just at the very tip as shown in the photos. Also, this would've caused substantial damage to the toyota filter housing, which was not present or visible on the housing. (Take5 tried to take and dispose of this $50+ Toyota oil filter housing, presumably to hide the evidence of their mistake and lie but my friend insisted they return it to him). 3. The fact is, Take5 damaged the bottom end of my friend's expensive engine, still took his money, made him pay for his own tow, and blamed it on someone else after a backroom meeting with the owner.

Orlando runs a very professional operation. The atmosphere is pleasant work being performed is verbal and double checked. There was never a time when I did not feel comfortable about what was happening. As a retired Master Electrician and former aircraft mechanic I rated their work as excellent.

My experience was far better than I expected. I tried calling first thing in the morning on Saturday, 1/18 and there wasn’t an answer. A very short time later I received a return call and my questions were answered. When I arrived, I was greeted within minutes with a bottle of water. I was told what bay to pull in to and told how long the wait would be. Orlando kept me informed of everything he and the guys were doing. He was very thorough and his customer service was amazing! I’d definitely come back!

All the guys were so nice. I was the last one of the day and had a little wait but they told me ahead of time that it’d be a little wait because they were training someone. The younger gentleman that works there was so nice and talked with me for a few minutes. I really appreciated that and how they worked so hard to get me in there and out of there as fast as they could. I will definitely keep going back there.
