First time here. The ice cold water upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. Tyler and Dakota were very nice and helpful and took the time to teach us things they were doing. We will return to this location and will ask for these young men. Definitely recommend.

First time trying Take 5 and was pleasantly impressed. The guys working the shop when I visited were very friendly and efficient. Explained pricing and the oil change process very throughly. Definitely ask for Dakota if he’s in that day!

I really wanted to love this business. The prices are great, their service is quick, and the complimentary water bottle upon arrival is a nice touch. However, I cannot recommend it without reservation. When I brought my van for an oil change, the shop was staffed with two young men, both of whom claimed to be new and therefore a bit slow to deal with the computer aspects of the transaction. Fine. When ringing up my transaction, I handed them two coupons. The guy said he had scanned both coupons, but the total was coming out significantly higher than I knew it should be. Despite my best attempts to explain to him why the math was wrong, and to get him to engage in recognizing & solving the problem, he insisted that all he could do was charge me the amount on the cash register. There was no supervisor on site, so they phoned an assistant supervisor and put him on the phone with me. I explained the issue, and the supervisor completely ignored my information, said he needed to do a video call, and then hung up on me. At this point the one worker was insisting very emphatically that I needed to pay the higher total and that there was nothing else they could do, there was no manager on duty, they were lucky to have even reached the assistant manager. Luckily, the second worker seem to have some native intelligence, and when he examined the transaction, he noticed that one of the coupons had not applied properly (which is exactly what I had been saying for 15 minutes). He was able to fix it in the system, I paid the correct amount, and went on my way. TLDR: this location is woefully under supervised with inexperienced employees who insist that 2 + 2 = 10, not 4. Oh, and they're currently accepting only cash, as their credit card readers appear to have been down for quite some time. I'm not sure the low price was worth the hassle.

A great experience and super fast.An ice cold water offered right at the start to was the cherry on top. Robert and Dakota were great and I'd definitely ask for them when you go. Super insightful and let's you know everything they are doing when they are doing it and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond what they are required to do and do whatever they can to assist you in any way they can. If something you need is out of stock, they will install it for you if you get the part yourself. They are super careful and mindful of your vehicle as well. They will get hurt before your vehicle does 🤣🤣. Highly recommend and I will forever keep going here. Great staff makes great business. Keep it up!!!!

Quick, efficient, and friendly service. Easiest oil change I’ve ever gotten. Didn’t try to hassle me for more sales and take advantage of me “being a girl”. Did their jobs very quickly and I was in and out in 15 minutes!
