I went to take 5 because I had dropped my kid off and needed an oil change. The interaction started out great. Joseph explain the different types of oil and I selected which one I would like. I then asked if they could do an air filter replacement which they indicated that they could. I elected for an oil change and air filter replacement. This is where the good experience ended. I was then informed that there was pure water in my coolant tank (picture of what Joseph showed me below). I was then asked if I would like it flushed. The problem is that in September my water pump bearing went out and I had it replaced along with a coolant flush. Being somewhat mechanically inclined I know that if pure water had been in my coolant tank over the winter it would have frozen and cracked my radiator. If you want to try and upsell, fine but don’t lie to get the sale. I declined the additional coolant flush. Then I was informed fuel smell was coming from my oil and that I needed a fuel treatment which I also declined. In conclusion, the the oil change experience was fine. But don’t lie to try and make a sale. Pictures are below of what Joseph “showed” me was in my coolant, and an actual picture of my coolant tank when I pulled out of the bay. **UPDATE** I want to update my review and say that the Franchise owner and manager reached out about my review and made things right. They addressed the issue above and told me they have taken out all coolant testers. The biggest part was that they are educating their employees and that is encouraging. Big shout out to them and I will do business here again. Thank you for making it right.

Brady and Chris were friendly and professional. They communicated with us and with each other throughout the entire process. We didn’t even have to get out of the car. They even made sure that the change oil reminder on the dash board display was reset. I’ll be taking my other vehicle to them for an oil change soon.

I had a great experience at Take 5. It was my very first time visiting there and my salesman which was Leon. He did an excellent job. He explained everything wonderfully to me and what he told me was correct. He wasn’t just trying to sell me something. He showed me it needed to be replaced. I think you Take 5 for the great service I received and I will definitely be back again in less than 3000 miles so I can get my fluids topped! Thank you, Leon for making me have a great experience

Very kind, friendly and helpful in making sure my car is taken care of. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and they have been consistent with their service. And they seem to always have discounts on the services. What a blessing!

Hard for me to judge an oil change too much. It was a bit expensive but I guess that's the reality today. They pushed the air filters on me, I did take one, but the cabin air filter looked super easy to replace and i got a friend who will do things like that for me. Wait was a bit longer than I would have thought but not bad. Once they started the oil change was super fast. They were communicative and friendly. I will use them again. Everything seemed fine the day after the oil change.
