We just bought a new car and needed to make sure all fluids and filter were up to date and 2 amazing young all-star employees greeted us with class and took care of us quickly and very very professionally! They didn’t try to overcharge me at all and allowed me to make the best options for my car and also took the time to show me things about my car I didn’t even know! 100 stars ⭐️ for these guys and I say give em a raise and know that you are in good hands at this location! Everything went fine at the shop BUT!!! BUT!! The service guy didn’t tighten my panel screws and 5 hours later 200+ miles I notice some noise, then I stop, looked under the car and the panel was hanging touching the pavement. UGH!!! I had to use wires to hold it up and can’t find the correct screws.

My visit at Take 5 was exceptional. I am huge on customer service and I must say these guys knocked it out of the park!!!!! Manager was personable referred to me by name, and while we're talking all the other guys - are around my car doing stuff... I looked at my Sissy-thinking what the heck - they're checking my tires, wiping or cleaning rather my windshield, hollering stuff (professionally though), back and forth at each other,,, numbers or codes of sort I'm sure communicating their progress. I was impressed, the Mgr. offered me first time customer discounts, I mean I was highly impressed!!!! I will definitely, and most certainly be going back to (16th & Southern), as long as this personable customer service remains consistent! They for sure - have a new customer for life! Visited today 3/26/25 - Love how this place is a stay in your car service!!! How nice to get an oil change while still being comfy in your car and they provided me a bottle of water upon pulling up! They were also quick!!! And I didn't feel pressured to get the other oil services. I was asked how much I drive and was recommended a cheaper oil service. That's very rare in shops! And needed a coolant flush and got a discount from what I was quoted before I moved out here. I was due for one, so it was just in time that they checked! They even put air in my tires as well, as they must have been needed !!!! As well as told me about my windshield wipers and fixed those! I felt so spoiled and taken care of!! I will definitely keep my business with them!! Love extended hours and how they are open on Sundays! Shoutout to Jesse, Israel, & Mike for taking care of my car during my visit and having great hospitality!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Very nice a good experience. Soon as we pulled up we were greeted with a nice cold bottle of water and a friendly guy. He kept us informed of what he was doing and also showed us the clean oil that was put in after he was done. He explained the prices and also told us what was best. He was quick and thorough.I will be returning as well as my husband will be bringing his car to them next week.
