From the moment I pulled up to the shop to get my car serviced I was greeted with a smiling face and 100% professionalism. This amazing level of service continued until I was guided out after a complete service, change of my filter that was not even aware my vehicle had. Amazing staff in the Merrill location.

Fantastic team! Was lucky enough to get in just after the last two left, so I had the team to myself. They had my oil changed, fluids topped off and tires inflated within 15 minutes. Drove away happy!! I will definitely go back in another 3000 miles.

Jay the manager went way about what I've normally have ever had a local mechanic try to resolve a issue for my Ram for which I greatly appreciate him and his staff for the work they did for me. I definitely will if in the eara be using this facility for oil changes and other performance maintenance

My first time at Take 5 in Merrill for an oil change. Jay and Hannah were very professional and offered additional services I needed including cabin air filter change and antifreeze exchange which I took them up on. Hannah showed me clean oil level on dipstick after oil change which I appreciated. Years ago had an oil change, different establishment, where they only put one quart in and I never when back. Jay did a professional quick (within 10 mins) exchange on coolant showing me the old coolant extracted and color of new coolant added. Did not take them up on all services they offered, no pressure. They did a quick thorough inspection and offered solutions, with a new customer discount. Thanks Jay and Hannah! Honk Honk!

Friendly, quick, but I spent more there than I have ever at my dealership and they didn't even rotate tires. If you have the money and need it done quick with great service to boot then this is the place.

Jay and Hannah were absolutely amazing. Very professional and friendly. Did a quick oil changed, help me fix my broken wiper, topped off the fluids and warned me about a potential leak. And even gave me a bottle of water to have while my car was being serviced!

I was very impressed with the service I received from everyone that worked on my car. Especially when I first pulled up and the Manager offered me a bottle of water! They are very thoughtful and thorough with the service. I never had such a pleasant experience.
