Tailor Made Motors Was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the most important TRUSTWORTHY! They diagnosed and fixed my 2013 Audi S7 suspension issues after 2 other shops couldn't find the issue and wanted to start throwing parts at it. Thankful to tailor made mototrs for getting me back on the road. Fantastic job guys!

It's hard to not be hyperbolic about the excellence of Tailor Made.  I initially went this past fall for a throttle issue and they were able to diagnose/fix a problem that pricier Brooklyn mechanics were unable to understand. They are very transparent about pricing and explain everything clearly even going into the actual numerical diagnostic specifics instead of other shops that just say "It looks fine", everyone who works on site has a great vibe, the shop is super clean and very easy to access from the BQE. They get it, they will respect you if you ask questions [even if they are probably dumb questions]. they will listen and hear you, they have an insane amount of experience and do great work. -public transit is decent, there's a good bus line a block away for when you need to leave a vehicle overnight -I have an almost 30 year old station wagon, it's garbage that I love, but the majority of the stock I've seen in their parking area are really modern cars that they have the diagnostic equipment to take care of.  They have a huge breadth of collective knowledge about decades of car varietals. -awesome people

My first encounter with Tailor Made Motors (TMM) was when I incidentally realized I needed a new tire after the PSI was 14. I took my 2016 RC 300 to TMM where I met one of the owners Alan. He immediately explained to me what my options were and noted that I needed to replace 2 of the 4 tires. He went through what brands were available and the rest was history. I ended up replacing all 4 tires and he made sure they were balanced without me even asking. He made sure I was able to pick my car up in a timely manner and was courteous and professional throughout. I would highly recommend TMM to friends and family as I left there feeling the camaraderie of the entire shop.

Called and scheduled an appointment very easily, and was even able to receive same day service as well. That alone was 5 star service. Did an oil change very quickly with great care. Very professional and very informative mechanic. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
