It's very disappointing to experience such poor service from TA Truck Service. I bring my truck in for flat tire fix at 11 AM, and the woman told me I had to wait two hours. However, I ended up waiting for more than six hours. After that, I called them again to explain that I could not wait any longer. They informed me that they would be closing in one hour and that I would need to bring my truck back tomorrow morning.

Make sure you have plenty of time. This place is very busy. But, they have fantastic attitudes - and the work they do, at least on my tractor is excellent.

Changed the tire on our RV(heavy duty diesel truck) at 6:30pm on a Wednesday. Roy was our tech and he was fantastic, it was his first time changing heavy duty tires on this type of rig. Thank you for the quick and friendly service! The manager was amazing and she was super knowledgeable and treated us with respect during a super stressful time for us!

Good shower. Staff does a great job at keeping it clean as possible even with it being extremely outdated. Laundry wasn't the best just because the staff had to use half the equipment to keep us in clean towels. They need their own stuff for that. Driver lounge not really a lounge. It's a half way working TV with about 5 message chairs in it to sit in. No regular chairs.

Women's bathroom has had crap in one of the two toilets offered. I reported it to the counter last night and it looks the same. With the exception neither bathroom is usable this morning. French toast was rock hard and I had to tell the server the first mound of bacon was already to much. Also, the food was not even warm. 🤮 fuel only stop. The main building is not much better. McD was slow as hell and didn't put in the french fries. Just go to the next one.
