I can not in good faith recommend this shop. I brought my car in at the recommendation of the AAA tow truck guy because he said they really knew what they were doing. Boy was that a tall tale. I had a warranty repair that by all measure should take 8 hours. Not only did they keep my car more than 14 days, after a little over the month my check engine light comes on again. They keep it overnight again, because the warranty company isn't willing to pay another shop to do the work. The claim it runs and there is another sound in the engine that they need to take it apart again to really find the problem. My goodness. They were terrible with keeping me updated, they ended up costing me a lot of car rental fees because my warranty did not cover 14 days. I would not send my worst enemy here. They aren't mean, I don't think they knew what they were doing and wanted a pay day. They got it from the warranty company, now I need to take it elsewhere to really get it repaired. I really wish they would have told me it is out of their expertise instead of doing whatever they did. Very dissatisfied customer.

I had my car towed there because my master cylinder (clutch kit) went out. After several days and $900, I drove it out of their parking lot and straight to my normal mechanic on Mira Mar Rd because it still wasn't engaging in gear. Turns out, these knuckleheads didn't put the cylinder in correctly. Fluid was leaking everywhere!!! My guy had to fix it. Now I'm stuck fighting with their insurance/warranty company to get at least $380 back from their HORRIBLE service. They just gave me a phone number and told me to call the warranty place directly...which of course no one there answers the phone. NEVER GO THERE!!!!

I would give this place one star but the service was exceptional at the front desk. I bought a Groupon here for my transmission fluid drain & full. I dropped it off in the AM and pick it up at 5pm what they told me to do. The drive home I notice my car was driving off and next thing I know the check engine light came on. I called back all they did was reset the codes on my car saying this service can cause a check engine light I was upset asking them to recheck the work. They didn't. They said it's because my car was raised and dropped back down I knew that wasn't the issue. I had to take to another place to have it rechecked and sure enough the problem was that they overfilled the transmission fluid causing it to have pressure problem. They told me I would have to replace my whole transmission saying it was going to thousands of dollars. SMH

Unethical and poor quality work. We had a head gasket that needed to be repaired. We were provided a quote. At the end of the job it was $700 more than the initial quote. It also took one week longer than they had told us which meant car rental was much more expensive. As soon as we got the car back, it immediately began to leak. I notified T-Tech and they denied that their work was related to the leak. I then provided them photos of the leak where it was emanating from in the exact location where the repair was done. After several visits to the shop to ask for them to repair they finally admitted that they needed to fix the problem. On the second repair, they removed the splash guard from the bottom of the car to access the worksite and also check to make sure there was no leaks. They showed me the car from underneath the lift, and when they lowered the lift, they forgot to put the splash guard back on. After realizing the splash guard was not on some time later we returned to the store and they denied that they had removed the splash guard even though I and my father both saw the car without the splash guard on. They denied any responsibility and would not cover the cost of a new splash guard. After several attempts to have them do the right thing we finally had to take them to small claims court. The entire experience was exhausting and their lack of accountability to fix simple problems and replace items they lost borders on the line of criminal.
