My vehicle was involved in an accident out of state. T. Rods was recommended by the adjuster so my truck was taken there. T. Rods knew that I was out of state and my family member was young and inexperienced. The insurance company screwed up so my finished truck sat at the shop until they got their shit together, so the shop charged me an extra $900.00+ for storage. My truck was just returned to me. My husband was so angry when he saw the shoddy work that was done. The fenders were not gapped appropriately so the hood has huge gaps between it and the fenders. The driver's side door has nearly no gap between it and the fender. They screwed up the tape trim on the side of the truck and for some reason the electric seat on the driver's side and the radio no longer work correctly. I will now have to take my truck to my local body shop and get these issues corrected at my cost. I would never recommend this place of business. They take advantage of you if they can.

T-Rods is old school. They are proud of the work they do. I took my 20 year old car there and they made it look like show-room new. They aren't the cheapest, but they are one of the best.

Tommy and the entire T-Rods staff did an amazing job on my vehicle that had extensive damage! Not only was the vehicle very well taken care, including a car wash and interior cleaning that was completely unexpected, but their customer service was fantastic as well! Highly recommend T-Rods and they will have my business moving forward!
