What an amazing experience (well not the part where my car got hit). I cannot believe how easy and seamless getting my car fixed has been. We easily got an appointment to have the damage assessed after our car was hit in a parking lot. We quickly scheduled an appointment to have the work done, and in just a few days it was. The car looks brand new and is spotless inside and out. What a pleasure it is doing business with not only a team of very professional people, but genuinely nice people. While I hope I never need their services again, I will certainly return if I do.

Best experience of getting a car fixed I have ever had! Quick in and out. No wait. Minimal paperwork. They were punctual and ready for me. Car was given back in excellent condition with full detailing. Great service by Drew.

I brought my little Subaru Impreza here as I had my front bumper pulled away from the car on one of those concrete stoppers. I brought it in and the owner ordered a part that I needed told me that the whole job was going to cost $100 so I brought the car in after he received the part, turns out I did not need the part I just had something bent that they straightened out in about 15 minutes when they got done with the car the owner said to me Don't worry about it it's on me I said what he said yep it's on me buddy. Now how many places would do that for free? If I need any body work done to my car God forbid it will be Syosset auto body for sure.
