Read the fine print on the coupon. For 24.99 you get charged $10 extra for the certificate (normal), $20 extra for a SUV and $10 extra for a sedan/hatchback/sedan! Cost for me would have been $64.99 (does not include tax). Talk about Nickle and dimming! At this point why offer a coupon?

The guy charged me $70 only to tell me that this was never going to pass because I needed a new air boot on my car. Why couldn't he just tell me this wasn't going to pass off the bat and then give me the option to chose? I'd never come back to this place since they will take your money already knowing it won't pass. To everyone: don't do what I did and please listen to the 1 star reviews that tell you everything about this crappy business Again, why couldn't you tell me this in the visual inspection? You didn't even want to tell me the price until you asked for my credit card. Remember? You said Theres a bit of a discount and walked me over. You don't care about your customers because if you did you would have said these things upfront. You're interested in money.

Service was timely, friendly, but arrogant and dismissive. Owner didn't want to listen to my explanation and furthermore could have looked up my explanation, but instead chose to fail my truck. Now I'm going through the referee program, thanks, yes and there is a process.

Very courteous and quick. The lady/operator suggested the discount coupon assured me this station cared about its clients. I will always use their service. The best part of my experience, the process was quick. They deserve 10 stars. For those that had negative comments about the service..... Did you go there to get your vehicle checked or to get pampered with condiments, coffee or donuts? If you were looking for their employees to spend time chatting about how your gog died or the cousin that had just gotten in a car accident or anything else, l as another client waiting for service, I would then get angry. I believe their modo is to serve clients in a fast and efficient manner, and let that be on the expense of missing out on chatting or seeing a smile. The cost of their service is so low and not equitable to work they do for you. So please be nice to a service needed.

I recently had my smog check done at this shop, which had received great reviews. However, my experience was quite disappointing due to the behavior of the staff, particularly an elderly woman who I believe works there on weekends. During my first visit, I encountered her in a highly unprofessional manner. Her attitude was reminiscent of those I detest in the automotive industry. I was hoping that this was an isolated incident, but my second experience was equally frustrating. When I called to inquire about a specific issue, she rudely hung up on me twice before I could get an answer. It was evident that she lacked any customer service skills and simply answered my question very dismissively. Even when I persisted in asking a follow-up question, her rudeness escalated. It’s disheartening to see a business that is listed on Groupon and is not providing the quality service that customers deserve. I urge anyone considering using this shop to reconsider and seek out a more reputable and customer-oriented establishment. If the owner is aware of these issues, I strongly encourage them to take steps to hire better staff and improve the overall customer experience.

Don’t go here, waste of time. They have lazy inexperience people always late and you never get out of there in under an hour. Wasted my time and she said she can’t do it. I went to tri-city smog and got in and out in less than 30 mins and it was cheaper.
