Sudden Impact

Kenny, the owner, is a decent guy and did a great job on my car! It looks brand new again, and he even took it to the car wash before giving it back to me. He replaced the front bumper and the left front fender after my car got sideswiped. Had to work the color into the rest of the car gradually so it didn't look unmatched. Then he touched up all the little dings all over the car and, as a bonus, got off the tar splotches that got on there when they redid the road next to a parking lot one time. He advised me on how to handle the insurance provider, was super friendly, and handled my car when it was convenient for ME, which was when I was out of town and couldn't deal with alternate side parking anyway. Five stars to Sudden Impact! My insurance covered his estimate without a second glance, so I assume it was reasonable and ordinary.

The work on the car was exceptional. Beyond this, it was the best customer service experience I think i have ever had. Kenny picked up the car for me and patiently walked me through the whole process of figuring out insurance. He was generous with his time and always available by phone or text. In addition, the interior of the car was vacuumed when I came to pick it up. The whole experience was quite remarkable.

This place is great! Used them twice now. They came highly recommended by our longtime mechanic. Kenny is super helpful and very patient. He helped us navigate the insurance company and took great care of our car. I highly recommend them!

I had damage done to my front passenger fender that was horrible. I was recommended to Sudden Impact by Matthew (affiliated with their towing company). Sudden Impact worked on my car for about a week before calling to let me know it was ready. I worked with Kenny who helped me not only turn in my rental, but did an AWESOME job on my car. They even took off scratches and other minor body damage that wasn’t included in the fender damage. Made my car look brand new. Thank you guys so so much! I will definitely recommend this body shop!
