Suburban Auto Trim & Glass Customer Reviews

Brought in my 2006 Mustang with only 49,000 miles on it. They did more interior damage fixing a leak and replacing carpet padding then this car has seen since 2006. When they had to fix the damage I wanted to know what they’d be doing. When I called the dude answering the phone he hung up on me three times and when I asked why he said “oh I thought you were finished.” They are hacks. Stay away from this place.

I really wish I could give negative stars because this place would definitely get a -1 star. I brought them my 2012 Lexus LS 460 to have the two front seats and arm rest redone. As far as work goes they did a decent job but they're business practices leave a lot to be desired. Mike is a really shady character. When I called to get an estimate on the job he quoted me $200 which I thought was an amazing deal! When I dropped the car off he said $400. I'm thinking, ok. That's more realistic. An hour later he called and said $600. Now I'm leary. The next day he called and said $800. I told him nevermind. I'm coming to get my car. He said they already started. He was lying. In total it took him 5 whole day's to do two seats.

Sunroof was stuck on used car. Didn't want to spend a lot of money IF it could be fixed. I was referred by sunroof express and I was not disappointed! Dave was great. Looked at pictures to determine if it was even worth bringing it in to have it checked out. Made an appointment. Thought he was just going to look at it and he was able to get it fixed for much less than I was afraid it would cost. Highly recommended!!

Mike and his son went above and beyond helping me with the water leak in my vehicle. I’m extremely grateful to them and the price was very reasonable.

Replaced the carpet in my 65 Mustang. Absolutely perfect job. I would recommend this shop to anyone for a first rate job. This is not the only work I have had done here. I had the cover and foam replaced on my 06 Honda Odyssey, another perfect job. Mike and his crew are the best.
