Dealing with the service writer Amanda and she couldn’t have made my experience any better! She was simply amazing and her knowledge and experience made the whole process seem less! The establishment was clean and everyone I crossed paths with were super friendly and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for all your Subaru needs! PLEASE do not go to this dealership for repairs! I was 38 weeks pregnant and my Subaru was stalling nearly every time I drove it. After going to a local mechanic that ran diagnostics telling me it was one of two sensors that needs to be repaired, I took it to this dealership with the codes the mechanic had given me. They go on to tell me “there’s no way it could be the sensor.” So they test the battery and tell me it needs to be replaced. The battery was just replaced two months prior so I told them to test it again, sure enough it wasn’t the battery. Then they tell me it’s actually a mechanical issue that will cost me over $2k. So now I’m almost 40 weeks pregnant panicking because I need my car to not break down. So after spending over $2k on this, I get the car back and it stalls on my way home from the dealership! So I bring it back again and they keep it for another week only to tell me that ITS THE SENSOR! Thankfully I had my baby 6 days late. Too bad they had to steal almost $3000 from a pregnant woman before admitting it was the problem I told them I wanted fixed from the start.

The good, the gentleman helping me, Gus, was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond provide great service. Also, they're waiting area has been greatly improved since the last time I was there, they've made a very easy to sit and wait comfortably while your car is worked on. I was able to get a lot of work done while waiting, because of the comfortable setup. The bad, I went there to have new keys programmed. The tech who did the work must have done a quick job in testing, because some of them work in some ways and others don't work in other ways, I'll explain. For example the proximity unlock doesn't seem to work on any of my keys now, including the 1 existing working key I had. Also all 3 keys' buttons work for locks, but only two of the three will start the car, the third one won't start the car. If I had to guess the tech tested start and stop on one or two of them and lock and unlock on all of them, and assumed the job is done. There should have been a rigorous testing of all aspects of each of the keys. But because there wasn't, I now have to make another appointment, take time off work, and sit there for who knows how long (2hrs again?) to have this problem fixed. I suppose shame on me for not testing every aspect while I was there when I got the keys and got into my car, but I wouldn't have assumed I had to do that, lesson learned. Learn from my mistake.
