Just amazing! 🎖️Took only one visit to turn into a loyal customer. This business puts customer first. David was absolutely great. They are extremely professional, provide transparent pricing, great and thorough at what they do, were very communicative throughout, and saved me a lot of pain. High tech solutions, clean office space (comfy waiting area, snacks, coffee, water), and more!! I did a used car inspection here for a Mustang and they helped me identify major issues within the return window. Clear descriptions, photos, and accessible reports via text, email, and printout. Grateful!

Awesome experience with this company. Brought car in for routine maintenance (oil, cabin and engine air filters, fluids check and general inspection. The prices are reasonable, they are veteran owned, were thorough in their inspection. The Mountain View, CA facility is easy to find, plenty of parking, clean and I've never seen more professional certificates hanging on a wall!!! Their communication channels were modern, efficient, timely and thorough. My interface was with Wes, who was very polite, explained everything in plain english and his recommendations made sense. While this was just for routine maintenance, I would consider them for more "surgical" needs in the future.

I chose Stress-Free because they offered a discount when booking online appointments and I will definitely be coming back! I had just purchased a used car and their inspection was very thorough. I bought a used Volvo S60 from BMW dealer (never do that) and needed a 130,000 mi check up. Stress Free Auto had excellent ratings so my 1st stop was there. Wes, was friendly, knowledgeable, considered my needs, and answered all of my questions. From start to finish, waiting area emaculate, good snacks, coffee, cold water etc. Unfortunately the car needed major repairs which was out of my price range.
