Streamline Automotive

I brought my 1990 F250 in to Streamline of San Clemente in August in preparation to drive to Massachusetts after exiting active duty. The technicians performed a complete tune up as well as fluid changes to the transmission, dif, and a brake job. They not only met, but completed repairs ahead of schedule. The truck performed excellently the entire 3,000 mile drive back and continues to perform excellently. The techs also reached out on several occasions to make sure the truck was performing well. I cannot sing the praises of this establishment more, I highly recommend Streamline to anyone looking for a go to spot or as in my case a trustworthy, professional business in a pinch.

Streamline Automotive is an outstanding, fair, and honest automotive shop. I give this shop my highest rating! Here's our story...we recently returned to Idaho from after a family trip and a wedding reception in Southern California. We unfortunately experienced some significant problems with our vehicle. We were unfamiliar with the area and we felt overwhelmed by the problem of finding a mechanic that could fix our vehicle and be fair and honest with the repairs. Our new in-law family recommended a shop but this shop was booked tight for several days. I asked the shop manager for a recommendation and he quickly suggested that we contact Chris at Streamline Automotive. Chris was understanding of our situation and he told us to bring the car by asap and they would take a look at it. We really needed our vehicle operational and reliable that day. We had planned to shop at the Outlet Stories in San Clemente. I brought my car in and Chris and his staff immediately started with diagnostics and then ordering parts and outlining the repair. Chris offered to drive me anywhere I needed to be while they worked on my car. Chris kept me informed about the repairs. A few surprises arose and the Streamline Automotive staff jumped into action and stayed after hours to make sure that we had our vehicle functioning properly. Once the repairs were complete, Chris picked me up. We made the long and hot drive across the desert and back to Idaho without any complications. In fact, a few days after returning Chris contacted to find out how the vehicle was operating. As a resident of Idaho, I will not be able to make Streamline Automotive my primary shop but I highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs. Chris and his staff are honest, fair, hardworking, and respectful. Simply outstanding! Here's a "BIG THANKS" to Chris and Streamline Automotive!

Really kind mechanics! Professional (definitely didn't feel "taken advantage of"). Work was done same day. For reference I had my power steering pump, hose, pully and belt all replaced on my 99 Jeep Cherokee sport!

If you read below you know how highly I thought of Chris. Unfortunately no longer that guy I wrote about. So far from it. "The good, the bad and the ugly. Act sincere, friendly and treat customers like family while you rip them off for every cent you can. Make them feel like you're the nicest most honest guy around." I posted this about most mechanics. He's joined these guys. I think most people will agree it's a real challenge finding an honest auto repair shop. The owner Chris is that rare find, he runs an honest repair shop! I have a friend who owned a very successful repair shop I hung out at his shop often and learned his business, all of his business. The good, the bad and the ugly. Act sincere, friendly and treat customers like family while you rip them off for every cent you can. Make them feel like you're the nicest most honest guy around. He didn't lie about repairs as much as jack prices and fudge where he got parts from and what they cost. Chris sleeps well at night. His shop isn't cheap but it's fair and honest and that's hard to find.
