He took the entire front of our 2015 Smart Fortwo Passion apart to replace the fan behind the radiator. This is an advanced procedure and a real pain , yet STEPKE did it in a half-day and the service fee was beyond great. Absolute ace mechanic. Don't even think twice, just go. He's busy for a reason, leave a message he will respond. (photo i posted is halfway taken apart for perspective)

I am so grateful to have found Andreas! He works on Smart cars, which are made by Mercedes. He is honest, knowledgeable and has very reasonable prices. can’t recommend him enough.

Very professional, they do excellent work at extremely fair prices. I cannot recommend enough, you will never take your Mercedes anywhere else once you try Stepke Imports. Five star service!

The most honest mechanic you will ever meet. He had a chance to overcharge me 3 times and I would have never even known, but he did not. One time I thought my key was broken, turned out battery was blocked - no charge. Second - my steering wheel does not move up or down, he checked if my car is still under warranty and because it just ended he suggested I called the dealership and ask them if they can fix it for free. It did not happen, even though Encino MB was open to me coming in but I wanted place closer by but Santa Monica dealership would barely want to talk to me. So I decided to have Stepke fix it even though he was recommending not to do it as it was close to $1,000. Guess what? Turned out it was not as complex as he thought it would be and charged me only $100 and washed my dirty car. Honestly, as a new mother overwhelmed with everything I almost cried tears of joy leaving the place hoping that every and any business would be just like Stepke. I used to be worried about car repairs but now I am at peace. Thank you for everything!

Andreas is an expert!l mechanic . . . SO knowlegable and thorough! He is also a very nice person. He ALWAYS gives you a fair price for the outstanding service he provides.

Got a nearly flat tire and came to Stepke with no idea what was wrong. The team looked at everything, took care of me and got me serviced so smoothly. Total peace of mind coming here and will be back to get my car fixed when needed!
