Great work and excellent service! They fixed the bad alignment caused by another store. $150 is a fair price for NYC. Almost no wait time, don’t forget to make appointment before visit!

HONEST GUY to start with . I have been going for more than 4 years when my son told me that he went to look for mechanics in the neighborhood (Sunnyside) and they want thousands of dollars and lie in the diagnostics. Ali the owner not only helped my son along with his worker but he also took the time to explained what was wrong with his new car . Ali suggested him not to pay a lot of money in pieces that are not expensive and told my son where to go. I recently went to his shop again and yes I have to wait for my turn but he always managed to fix my car fast. I love Star Wheel Alignment not only for the price but a I am always happy when I leave this place. The owner is very honest and transparent and that’s a quality that in this business is difficult to find. To summarize I recommend this business 100% because his job is worth it.

Very Dishonest guys! Please do not patronize them as a first customer!! I planned to do wheel alignment and oil change. He told I will need to wait for one hour because they are doing wheel balancing on a Benz car. I waited for more than one hour for them to complete a wheel balancing, yet he brought in another car that came after and asking me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I ask him why, the he told me I can leave if I cannot wait.

They are the one and only place do 4 wheel Alignment. They know about alignment. They fix my car suspension and fix my problem. They done 4wheel Alignment on my car. I’m very satisfied with their work and price. For sure coming back here again.

Spoke to them over the phone regarding service. Told me one thing on the phone and drove an hour out to them thinking I was gonna get service done, until they changed their mind last minute. No type of compassion whatsoever for anyone that’s of color, they only like dealing with their own race here. Stay away! Bad business. Edit: He said I was trying to scam, when I explained to him I wanted to pay with “Apple Pay”. These guys are not very tech savvy, and is also dishonest. All he does is try to discredit negative reviews instead of taking accountability, and owning up to his mistakes. *PLEASE STAY AWAY, AVOID THE HEADACHE”

Took my Lotus to Ali and team and they did a great job. No other auto shops in the area had my specific car specs and they not only had it, they did the same day at a great price. They’re busy but that is to be expected given they’re really good. Highly recommend.

I found them on Facebook of all places but These guys know their stuff. Might take a bit of standing to get their attention since their shop stays busy but they will get to you and get you out pretty darn quick. I came in for some issues with my steering. Great alignment service and cheapest in town! Still had some issues and they figured out what it was and got me on my way. I wish they were closer to me lol commuted from UWS manhattan so not too bad.
