If I could this place 0 stars, I would ! Not only did they not fix my problem, they caused $750 worth of more work that they could not fix. So they charged me for $1700 for a torque converter that was worse after I got it back, and they caused $750 more damage to other things. They also had my vehicle for 2 months ! I was an awful experience !! All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!

My car broke down and I had her towed to the shop afterhours on a Tuesday. Got my car back by Friday afternoon. The price was unbeatable and much lower than I expected!! When does that happen anymore? Never!! The guys were personable, down to earth and knowledgeable! I am so thankful for this spot, they truly are a shining Star!

Came in for a transmission replacement, mind you I bought a transmission and brought it there with the car. It still took three weeks, each time I called they pushed back the date. During that time my fuel sensor was damaged causing my dash unable to read how much gas I had. Not only did they claim not to know how to fix, but they REFUSED to pay for the damage that happened while my vehicle was in their care. It cost me $500 EXTRA dollars to fix the mistake at a different location.come here at your own risk.

Star had my super duty in. Going in, I knew it was going to be a complete rebuild. There were no surprises, no additional. In fact, it was I that requested they remove a after market "trans controller." If I had any problem, it was a lack of updates. I am not one to bother the mechanic, it's just I do like to get an update. We had a subzero freeze come on, which froze everything, putting star behind. I still think they got it back in good time. They quoted me a respectable price and then came in under it. When does that happen? I would highly recommend this shop. It is a busy place and honestly doesn't look like those fancy shops. I personally would rather get good work at a fair price than a shiny shop that has to cover overhead. Thanks AJ.
