Star Brite Express Car Wash

1st I tried to use the right wash bay and wanted the $12 "better" wash, the card reader did not work. I tried several times with different cards, I backed out and went to the left bay, the card was read immediately. I needed to sweep my car, not realizing that you had to pay for this also, the competition's vacuum is Free with the car wash. Finally, I have some dog slobber (from a dog looking out the window) down the driver's side passenger door. I looked over the car after the wash and the photo shows how my $12 was spent. I'll never go back again.

I have visited this place several times out of convince, due to the fact that they have my oil filter. I definitely need to find a new place. I work till later in the day and sometimes I cant get to the place till closer to 515-530. I know that doesn't seem late considering that they close at 6. However the last 3 times now that is a total of 9 months at least that this same situation has occurred. the first time I was informed by the guy actually changing my oil that if I want it done I have to arrive earlier than I did @ 540. last night I was there at 511 and there was 1 person in the oil bay finishing up. I pulled in and heard the guy again say "this is ridiculous don't they know we close at 6 ?" and it was now 5:22. and one employee said to the other one" 28 mins we can do 2 that's it !" I finished up at 538 and there was 2 vehicles in line and as I pulled into get my free car wash the same guy who has always complained ….goes to the 2nd car and tells them that he will not do there oil change even though they have been there for 30 mins before the place closes... that is a lot of money turned away because of an employee not wanting to do their job! seems if that's the way they want to do business I should look else where and so should you ! why go to a place where the person you are paying and relying on to do a simple oil change doesn't want to actually work rather just collect money for doing the bare minimum. And if you are the owner I am sorry you are losing so much money turning valued customers away because of a few lazy people you hired.

Good check ups... on multiple things on the car and a oil change and a free car wash to boot! Price was decent too!

Great wash for a brushless wash. I get my oil changed here all the time they've done a good job all along. They don't try to stick you with extra things like air filters and other kinds of filters. If your air filter is dirty they will show it to you and prove to you that it is dirty.

Techs were very professional and friendly! My oil change only took about 15 minutes, and it wasn't over priced! They service hybrid vehicles too! As a first time customer, I didn't feel rushed or confused and the techs explained everything beautifully

Customer service in person is great. Services rendered on 3 separate vehicles over the span of several years…sub optimal for vehicle longevity. Oil is less than the amount needed, filters are loose, and air filter parts missing. I have reached out about this and honestly feel bad ranking this as such, but if it has happened on all 3 of my vehicles…it’s a wonder who or what else has had the same

Free wash and vacuum with oil change? Awesome! Service for oil change and wiper replacement was quick and easy! Too bad I don’t live here!
