I can't speak to prices (it is Mercedes after all), but everyone at this location was great. We dropped in our RV on a Monday without an appointment due to an emergency failure in our EIS module. Despite having a full schedule for the week, they diagnosed by EOD Tuesday, and somehow had the parts and rig back to us on Friday afternoon. Ramon and everyone in service was great, and very sympathetic (as we live in our Sprinter RV full-time) Thanks for getting us back on the road!

Service agent Kyle and chief mechanic Tim were wonderful, and they finished my 200,000 A service faster than any other MB facility, but, dayumm, they need to put up a sign. I spent an hour searching for it, aided by both Garmin and Google maps, and passed it at least twice. Trust Google; it looks like a Prime warehouse, but I guess all those Prime vans were in for service.

My sprinter broke down in Tucson and I would not have got on the road again without their help. Devin in the parts department has the knowledge of a skilled mechanic and was always ready to answer questions for me. When they didn’t have a part in stock he would go pick it up from another location and have it ready for me within hours. Hands down the best sprinter facility I have found out west!
