Very unhappy, if you’re going to keep someone’s vehicle for 3 plus days you should atleast offer a loaner. Our warranty company was contacted and yet still no vehicle on day 3, with only a 1.5 hours of labor being submitted. I’m not sure if these reviews are paid or if they just don’t like us. But we have to go to work and NO ONE answers the phones. We called an entire day and NOTHING. No follow up call to tell us anything. So at this point, we are just going to pickup our vehicle today and what ever work wasn’t completed will be completed elsewhere. This is ridiculous and I would never recommend this location. This is by far the worse and slowest experience we have ever dealt with, and we’ve had a lot of vehicles serviced at other locations. And who ever the customer service lady is that answers the phones, she’s needs a in service on customer service and vocal tone.. Update: Went to pick up our truck and lo and behold. There was no ABS light on related to the active recall. Drive off the lot and the ABS light pops on. Get home and notice the fender rivets are missing and my rear frame is flapping while driving. Ridiculous! I’ll be filing a complaint.

We got great service a beautiful jeep no hassle excellent fast serive with Mr. Winthrop. I got my dream vehicle I am super happy 😄 sincerely Mr. Flanders and Mrs. Flanders. Also the manager Bob was super getting us the best deal.

I purposely went to this dealership because of the good reviews. Im really confused on how this service department received this amount of good reviews because from what I have experienced over the past month, I cant imagine I am the only one who has experienced this. I made an appointment to bring in my car, just to turn around and pick my car up 5 days later and nothing had been fixed. I was told what the problem was, and I was told that they would be calling my warranty company but nothing got done. I physically had to keep on them, and I shouldn't have to do that. I spent money on a rental car for the time that I was out a vehicle thinking my car would be fixed and yet it was not fixed. Then I come back in after the parts were ordered and they finally got a hold of the warranty company, I made another appointment to come in for service, and they had no clue about the appointment. No one knew what was going on. I had to tell them what was going on. I shouldn't have to repeat myself and tell them what needs to be done on my car! I was also told my car would be done in a few hours and I never got a phone call about a status on what was going on with my vehicle. This place has zero communication especially with the customer. I will NEVER be returning!

How would you like to give a good reference to this dealer but that is not the case. I got a Hyundai vehicle in October 2024 and after 3 weeks I got engine problems I took it to the dealership to get them to answer for the vehicle and I had to wait 3 weeks for a diagnosis and when they realized what the vehicle had they asked me to take it to ken gangley Hyundai and being there they told me that I had to wait 8 weeks for a diagnosis . So the weather and until February 25, 2025, they told me that they could not do anything that the guarantee was expired, which they asked me to return it to Spitzer and since then the vehicle is there and 4 months have passed without a vehicle which I am paid for and for nothing because they are irresponsible.

If we could give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️we would. Noah (sales)and Tim (manager) did a wonderful job meeting my needs for my new car purchase. He was trustworthy , paid close attention to detail and if he didn’t know an answer he found it out. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime and this experience have been one of the most pleasant ones. We highly recommend this crew my family and I will now be purchasing all of our vehicles from here.
