SPEEDY is a State Farm Authorized Tow provider. Waited 4 hours, called them. They lied about not seeing my car in front of my house (address verify). They said that they were going to pick up another vehicle, call me back, then return to get my vehicle (poor customer service). They never did and never called back. I called them again and they didn't pick up. They are liars. Called State Farm to send me another tow Company the next day . . . . they dispatched the same company after I spoke to escalation about my experience with this particular company!

If I could them ZERO star on there, I would. They don't even deserve the 1 star. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never came and tow my car like how it was scheduled to be. Waited for several hours. Much like a couple of others have already shared, don't bother with this company. I requested roadside assistance through State Farm last night, needing a tow this morning. Get a text at 630 that this company has been dispatched. ETA 90-120 minutes. I heard nothing. I called the number listed and it was sent to voice mail, mailbox was full. Sent a text, no reply. I called State Farm back at 1015. They tried to get in touch with them and they would not answer their calls either. So they just ignored all calls, texts, and no showed. A new tow company was dispatched. I know customer service is lacking these days but this one takes the cake. Stay far away. .
