This is Ms. V. Diana and Dawn's friend, I am the owner of the 2003 2 Door White Chevy Cavalier. I was there on Friday evening May 2nd but the long line of cars needed inspections was unbelievable due to there EXCELLENT Service, with Friendly, Polite very nice employees at Speed Lube in Newton, NC. I've told Diana this is a long line I'll just come back tomorrow Saturday morning. Diana said, I'm Off tomorrow Saturday. But Dawn will be here to take care of you. She's indeed so Right ! When I've came back on Saturday morning May 3, 2025 Dawn took care of my need in Less Than 5 minutes. Dawn The OWNER did it So fast like I never seen before. Dawn's service was GOLDEN ! Thanks So Much Dawn ! I give SPEED LUBE a 5 STAR. This is Ms. V.

As previous reviews before have said, DO NOT go here for an inspection. They will charge you extra for tint even if you don’t have aftermarket tint. Save your money and go somewhere else and you’ll get the same service for less. It's funny how I've been to multiple places and have never been charged for tint and have even went here before and wasn't charged for tint. The lady, Diana, is rude and should not be working anywhere where customer service is required. Business must be slow to add on a $10 window tint fee for customers who don't even have aftermarket tint.

Nice place to go for a quick oil change. I got there around mid-morning, pulled right in the bay, and they started right away. I was there 11 minutes total, including me asking questions about other services. They were professional and informative. Can't beat it for the price paid and time spent. Will definitely be going back.

If you want your oil drain plug stripped and want to pull 2100 out your butt go here my kids now do not have a car to go to and from doctors but I’m having to use my rent to pay to fix my car they messed up, not to mention they took my oil sticker off destroying any proof we had to defend ourselves against them, I’m extremely upset cause I’ve been going to them for years The car in question is a 2014 bmw 328 with 80k miles and I’ve taken my car here ever since I’ve gotten it, so either they have someone to rough putting the plugs back in or they just don’t care to cost customers money They will fight with you and call you a liar, I am more upset to the fact they can’t own up to there mistake, mistakes happen but screwing customers is another

Fast and Great service. They don't open until 8am. But I went at 7. And by 7:40's they let me in. I was willing to wait until 8 but they let me in anyways. Came here for years and will always come here.
