This place didn’t do good job and dishonest to customers. On 5/17/24 my car had air cabin filter replaced and the guy said guarantee for 15,000 miles and charged 50 dollars. But only on 12/26/24 after 5,000 miles when I need oil change, they said my car needs a replacement for air filter again ( it’s meant only 7 months to drive and within 5,000 miles) I wonder: did they really replace the air cabin filter for my car on 5/17/2024 or not?

Such professionalism and kindness...not a combination you see everyday. Getting our 2013 Ford Focus worked on, we scheduled an appointment through "RepairPal" (an extended warranty thing for CarMaxx purchases...if you know; you know; if not, not really important lol) for 12:30 pm. Showed up a little early for the appointment and it turns out that no appointments are necessary. Now they were super busy, so I was nervous. Man were they awesome though! They were very understanding of my situation and did what they could to work with me! They got me in and out much faster than expected, while still doing a full inspection! I'm not used to that level of customer service. Now, once upon a time, I used to rebuild and race imports (like 20 years ago lol). So I've worked on a lot of cars and know a good deal. These gentlemen were VERY good at what they do! They were very knowledgeable and good at communicating clearly what they were doing and what could be done next time. I like it when a shop doesn't try to break the bank with unnecessary extras. I have some pretty good faith in their service and will definitely be back. Tony at the counter inside was SUPER friendly and helpful, and got Beto to help explain and confirm about "RepairPal." Beto was patient and clear, even providing extra information about the program (which was great because he knows more than I do about it 😂). Beto was super friendly and helpful and a man of his word getting me out of there before the time I was worried about. Louis was the technician who worked on my car. He was very friendly and clear about what I needed and what they would be doing. He brought an additional noise to my attention (I was aware but didn't have the time to get it checked because they were busy); this was awesome because it will help people who don't know about cars. The techs were fast, but thorough, even vacuuming where they were in and out of the car, very courteous! Louis let me know before they did things, and then let me know next steps I probably want to take and when to take them. He was very clearly amazing at his job. I recommend this spot! They know what they are doing! No appointment necessary. They do have an inside waiting area, but as a "former" gearhead (are we ever over it...not really lol), I wanted to watch them work. But there is coffee and water inside...and a Wendy's next door. Attached some photos! Thanks Louis, Beto, and Tony! You guys are awesome!

Don't see how this kind of stuff is still happening in 2025. While waiting in lobby, see older lady being pitched a transmission flush and new cabin and air filters. Classic predatory tactics, I thought. But maybe this place is different.... Was then told "engine oil is too low to do a smog, do you want us to do an oil change?". I said, I live 2 miles away ill put a couple quarts and be right back,. After I said this smog guy responds with "it's better if you go somewhere else then, this car will fail for engine noise". I've heard a lot of bs from mechanics, but this one was new. P.S yes the engine makes noise when the cars is on. I went 10 minutes to another star smog shop...done in 5 minutes no problem. What about the oil what about the engine noise? DONT go here ever, these guys just want to waste time.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Came in for an oil change, upcharged me and convinced me to get transmission fluids flushed out, as they were doing this an elderly lady got upset because she was there for over 2 hours before me waiting for a smog check, instead of doing her smog check they decided to look into other parts that she didn’t request. Then they told her they would only be able to fix those parts and there wouldn’t be any time left to do her smog, she left very upset. Then in the last 5 minutes of working on my truck they tell me that it “came in with a diesel leak” if it came in with it they would have told me right away. My truck did not come in with a diesel leak, then tell me it’s too late to fix it and I’d have to come back tomorrow. NEVER GO HERE. I have never left a review good or bad but this made experience made me need to.

Located off of Capitol Expressway between Starbucks and BofA. Friendly staff. Yolanda is the manager and she is personal, honest and professional. I paid $49.99 for a conventional oil change. Plus I had a $10 coupon. Includes 5 quarts of oil, oil filter and a 17 point inspection. The total was $41.75 w/tax. No waiting. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I did not see hours listed but I asked and they open at 8am and close at 5pm. Sat and Sun hours are similar. - renaygarseeya
