Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the Speedco Truck Lube and Tire shop in Etna OH. As a professional truck driver with five years of experience, I expect skilled and efficient service to keep my truck in good condition. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was incredibly disappointing. I waited 2-3 hours just to be called into the bay, and then after an hour of waiting, I was told parts needed to be replaced to fix the issue. I asked the mechanic if replacing the parts would solve the problem, and he assured me that if it didn’t, the parts would be removed from my bill. After another two hours, I was told they couldn’t fix the issue due to a shortage of parts. Despite my problem not being resolved, I was charged ($240.07) for an hour of labor and for the parts that didn’t fix anything. This is unacceptable, especially since I was promised the parts wouldn’t be charged if they didn’t work. On top of that, the mechanic clearly seemed inexperienced and was likely in training, using my truck for practice. To make matters worse, the staff member Emily was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process. I wasted five hours here, got no solution to my problem, and received terrible customer service.be careful with this location guys. They are not deserving 0 star.

They don’t deserve for zero (0) star. This is by far the worst Speedco Truck Lube & Tire location at Etna Ohio Love’s I’ve ever been to in my 5 years of trucking. I came in with a problem on my truck, waited in line for 2-3 hours before they finally called me to pull into the bay. After about an hour, they told me I needed to replace some parts to fix the issue. I asked if replacing the parts would actually solve the problem, and the mechanic said we could “try it,” and if it didn’t work, he’d take it off my bill. Two hours later, they told me they couldn’t solve the problem due to a parts shortage. It was clear that the mechanic working on my truck was inexperienced and just trying things out. Despite that, they still charged me for an hour of labor and for the parts ($240.07) that didn’t fix anything. This place feels like a scam, hiring beginners and charging truckers for services that don’t even resolve the issue. On top of that, the staff member Emily was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service. Total waste of my time (5 hours in total) and money. Be careful if you come here.

They didn't change the oils completely, but they charged me $560 just for oil. even they didn't change the oil filter, they just gave me on my hands.

I would not ever take my Truck to a speedco. I have had loose oil filters and wrong fuel filters and just bad service. I startef using Speedco in Effingham Il back in 1998. Nellie was in charge then and made sure we got what we paid for. I could get my truck serviced for 88.00 dollars. Now you get bad service for over 400.00 dollars. Now that lives took it over it isnt the same service.

Everything people are saying that’s shitty about this Speedco, is more than true, not only is it a waste of time and a bunch of hassle, the techs, specifically the kid at the desk which conveniently didn’t have a name tag, were rude, not helpful at the least, the simplest questions were answered with “ uhhh, I’m not sure” or “I dunno” bunch of clowns, the loves isn’t the worst but Love’s have fallen off since like 2010, if I was you I wouldn’t even stop here. And to top it off, I’m an enhanced photographer and I just used my talent to make this loves and even Speedco stand out, but they don’t deserve it, just posting you for yall 🤙

I would give them a minus two but there is no. I tried to make an appointment to have my truck repaired and the person who was there told me that they did not have mechanics because it is supposedly a mechanical workshop.-2Bad attitude, lazy people.

THE worst experience ever. Their management sucks and there is absolutely no customer service. They will have you wait and tell you that you will need to reschedule your appointment.
