Speedco Truck Lube and Tires

2/16/25 Came in for a Oil Change at 3pm, 3more hours before the store closing on Sunday. Two trucks inside the Lube Bay, Tire shops empty. Walked inside the Shop to see which bay i can get behind for an Service to be done. No one was in the Lube bay working and the front desk either. 4 Guys where standing inside the Tire shop having a conversation about who knows what. I think the Store manager was having a Lunch, he came out the Tire bay with a full mouth of food to tell me, that they where done for today and they do not take any more trucks in, because they where really busy the whole day and these two trucks where the last ones. 3 more hours until the end of the day. Dear Mr George, i believe you paying to much money for the guys who is not willing to take care of your Business. It’s a first time happening to me that way. For 18 Years being OTR I‘ve had Places showing up 30min before closing time and they still would take care of you. Guys! Go across the street to Sapp Brothers Lube and Tire Service. They will take of you.

contrary to what i read about this Speedco… they were really nice and sweet to me… There was about 4 people on duty and they all did what was ask of me… The lady at the front desk was sweet and the dude that actually worked on me was super nice…thank you guys…i have no other way of showing my gratefulness except this way…. keep it up…🙏🙏🙏

Told me they couldn't repair my tire because I was parked in a water puddle. Ok. Reported to the shop first thing in the morning, still made me wait. Finally got in a bay, didn't have the information from the work order last night so I have to wait even more. Finally got penske on the phone, only for speedco to tell them "we only have low quality and recapped tires ". Wasted three hours.

This speedco has been amazing. They have gone above and beyond. I have been driving 24 years this shop has done a lot more than a lot of shops have done. Any time I am in this area I am coming in here. Troy was the man when I came in. He was very friendly and funny. I was having a bad day and he was joking made my day a little better. Stephen the mechanic just did not throw parts at it he took the time and found the problem. I have been broken down a lot the last couple of weeks with people just putting parts on it. This mechanic took the time and fixed it right. Britanya is the GM she is really nice and knows what she is doing and keeps the guys focused. Overall I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks speedco for going above and beyond for me.

Slower than slow. Repair was approved 40 minutes before they finally want to check to see if it was approved. After doing other things even though I was there waiting first.

They are liars. Called yesterday and asked if they have a specific oil in stock, I was told yes they do. I show up today and the manager says they don’t have anything like that. Waited an hour and wasted my time.
