I bought my 2019 Ram 1500 new from Spartanburg Dodge in May of 2019. I've always brought it back here for oil change, tire rotation and maintenance. On every occasion the work is done correctly and timely for a fair price. I deal with the same person every time. Her name is Sarah Fowler. Sarah always meets me with a smile on her face, a good attitude and she treats me with respect. There is a nice waiting room with water, coffee, and snacks as well as a TV to keep you entertained. I will continue doing business with this company, and when it's time for a new vehicle, I'm sure they will take care of me.

Came to buy a Camry from them, they ran my credit and everything, had me set up for a car and never called back. Reached out numerous times to the salesperson Scott and their management team, never got anywhere or even heard back from him/their team. Don’t waste your time.

Phil in service was excellent in getting my 2014 RAM 1500 pickups front suspension replaced quickly. The parts came very quickly and the loaner truck came in very handy. I seriously recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. Their customer support and service is A+.

Bottom-line Up Front: My van was damaged in service, and the service department refuses to take responsibility. Background: I purchased my 2019 Promaster new and from this dealership. Other than its most recent oil change, in my driveway with no jacks or lifting equipment needed, this van has been serviced only by this dealership. I converted it to a camper, so it is parked 99% of the time and has low miles (15,700 at the time of this review). In the past year and a half, the van has hardly been used at all due to moving to a new home, my own cancer treatment, Hurricane Helene (we experienced significant damage to our property), and my wife's cancer treatment. It is normally parked in a position where the damage is not obvious, so I only recently noticed it. Discussion: I took-in the van today for an oil change, and pointed out the damage I had noticed, which is obviously the result of inappropriate lifting/jacking. They stated that too much time had passed since they last serviced the vehicle for them to do anything about it. They did not accept responsibility nor did they refute it. Truly, their answer is a ridiculous deflection. The amount of time that passed since the vehicle was last in their shop has absolutely nothing to do with their responsibility for the damage. If they ever make it right, I will edit this review. In the meantime, if you use this shop, beware.
