I've always had a bad experience with this location of Ford. The service department is clueless and is never willing to help. There was an elderly women here that was going through chemo and needed a loaner car since they required her car to be there for a few days. They refused to even offer a shred of help to this women. Go to another ford location.

Horrible follow though with service adviser for nail in my tire. I went in one week ago, still waiting for her to get approval to get a new tire. I have tire care, it should be covered I called her 3 days in a row, kept getting excuses and the run around. Went to Gorno quick lane saturday morning, service adviser Alec was fantastic got my tire on and repaired a second tire, in and out in 1 hour. Took him about 2 minutes to call and get approval for my tire. No cost out of pocket.

Went in for an oil change with gf's car. Took 2 hrs. Only had 2 people ahead of me. They decided it was the beat time to service the lifts just as our car got put on the lift. They moved it to another service area and didn't think it was important to let me know what was going on. I asked for a discount for it taking to hours. They just laughed at me. I'm a Ford employee. This is horrible service. No discount for ford employees either. Don't go here. Go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional when it comes to trying to get a key made for a Ford, The lady there says they cannot do it if the vehicle's over 10 years old but Ford said as long as I bring in valid paperwork showing ownership of the vehicle they can go back up to 30 years, I will be making a complaint with Fords corporate office, as they are the ones who said it can be done, so I did what Fords corporate office said and brought my title in to southgate ford and the lady in service told me she cant go back more then 10 year's, witch is a lie, all she had to do is call the corporate office and verify I was the owner of the vehicle and she could get the key code for my truck, but she was to lasy to make a phone call. I would never recommend southgate ford for anything and that is sad considering I own a Towing company and, and I use to recommend them, but not anymore, they just lost a long time customer that has sent them a lot of work, beware of the blonde in the service department, very unprofessional and rude.
