I have been bringing my car to Mike at South Shore Auto for about 5-6 years for smog and repairs. Today, I had my car towed to be looked at, and after 3 hours, Tony said there was nothing he could do. Apparently, my engine blew. After Tony got my car pushed into a parking spot, I asked how much I owed him for his time checking out my car. He said, " Nothing, just get the car out of here." In a rude tone. I asked why was he treating me like that? I started to cry. I was upset about my car already but then to be told get it out of here, like I had done something bad? No. Mike would have never treated me like that. Mike is always compassionate when I'm stressed out about my car breaking down or the cost of repairs. I have never dealt with Tony before and will never do so sgain.

First time I used the place and it gets 5 stars! My air conditioning was blowing lukewarm air and they checked it out and gave me an estimate. Mike was wonderful he showed me what was wrong and fixed the a/c. The a/c works perfect and no over charging. I liked the fact that he took the the time to explain everything. This is now my go to place for my car problems. 5 stars people!
