Took way too long. Very rude staff. To top it off, they couldn't even print my smog certification because the printer wasn't working. When I asked them to email it they said they can't (they probably just don't know how) and to come back to pick up the print out. When I called to see if it was ready they confirmed it was but were rude, cut me off, and hung up on me. I DO NOT recommend.
