Mario is the man. Very professional & priced good. He got me in fast and the work was done the right way. I would recommend going here 100%. Very well spoken humble honest guy that takes pride in his work. South Audio is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.

I should rate this place 3 stars for the inconvenience, but the quality of work and customer service provided by the owner changed my mind. I had an appointment set for 10am for a Saturday. I arrived promptly at 10am to find the doors locked and the owner nowhere in sight. There was a man outside that knew the owner and he told me that he is almost always late and would be there by 11am. I decided to wait around until then. The owner finally showed up and apologized to me for being late. He said he would have my vehicle done in a couple hours. I came back and it was all ready to go. everything sounded great and when I asked him some questions about the new head unit, he showed me everything I needed to know and then some. Customer service was 10/10. I will use him in the future but will be sure to give an hour before I come out. Other than being late, I had a good experience with South Audio.

Highly recommended Mr. Mario was very professional and trustworthy about his service. He installed a remote starter for my vehicle offering me different quotes to fit my budget, and the best part is that all his products will get manufactured & store warranty. It is located on 24th & Qst walking distance from restaurants & convenience stores. Definitely is worth trying the best prices in Omaha.👍👍
