My husband and I had a first class experience working with James and Smooth Edge Collision after James and his team expertly fixed our Infiniti’s bumper. James was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very responsive and accommodating in quickly turning around our job and returning our car as good as new. James has worked on 3 different cars of mine over the past 7 years....paint and bodywork. Every job was done perfectly. Turnaround times always fast, and easy process when dealing with insurance claim coverage and payment. He's always easy to reach, and will spend time talking to you about the work needed, and details. Highly recommend.

To those reading this, I hope you can learn from the mistakes of others and NOT go to this shop. So unprofessional, a waste of time and money. Any business should want to finish their service with you in order to get rid of you with scarification and get paid. Not this place. He will never give you an update on your car and will continue to extend the time with no valid reasoning. If you are looking for a headache and to bother someone to finish the work on your car, this is the place for you. I bought a car with him that had body damage, I just needed a new bumper and it painted. I waited two months and when I got the car, he never painted the bumper and told me I would have had to wait another two weeks.

Terrible experience, paint on my car was horrific, you can see and feel the grainyness of the paint because they failed to sand it down properly, had my vehicle for well over a month. Clips missing left and right, my side splitter is dangling when I drive, rubber lining all over hood is not secured, wouldn’t not recommend. Go to a shop worth your money.
