Great service. I went in yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon during peak hours for him told me to go in today in the morning, he tested my jeep and passed it. Super quick Just don’t go when it’s raining, he took me in due to me coming in the day before. Also gave me a coupon for next time :)

THE BEST SERVICE~ I have an older Mercedes...(I started going to them when it was not so old :) So it needs smog check too frequently. They are always kind, gracious, and happy to greet us! Of coarse the service is Extraordinary!!

This is my go-to place anytime that I need a smog check done. Lena and Bill are so personable and they have great prices as well. My family and I have been coming here for years now as it is my very first smog inspection station. I really hope the lovely couple that runs this location stay in business for many more years to come as I'd hate to find another place. They're very professional, quick and efficient. Bill and Lina have been running Smog Express for what seems like forever (over 25 years since I started going to them.) I’ve taken multiple cars there over the years, and their professional service is always with a smile and parting with good wishes. Who does that anymore? Although I always enjoy when Bill finishes with my car, he will look over and give me thumbs up - YEAH! My car passed (haha) but what I love even more is the gentle communication between the two of them. It is wonderful to see a couple that are probably more in love now than they ever were. Yesterday, I commented to Bill that he has a great woman by his side, He paused from working and said, “I wouldn’t be here without her.” Isn’t that wonderful?

Called to ask about having them send smog confirmation to the dmv or getting a smog certificate from the prior seller, the guy told me “no” and hung up on me. It is the seller’s responsibility to send me the cert but it’s my understanding is they’re supposed to send it to the dmv anyway. He was “on his way out” even though they were open another 20+ minutes.
