The customer service here is unprofessional. I had asked for assistance with delivering some pick up truck rotors that were very heavy. Melvin had stated no because I was supposed to them and everyone there was busy and he had sat at the counter wasn’t doing anything. Whether I am getting my vehicles, serviced or welcome into your establishment, I am a customer and should be treated as such disrespect and unprofessionalism wasn’t necessary. I’ve been in this area 15 years and I would never bring any of my cars to you based on our action and how you treated me when I walked into that establishment, also everybody in the neighborhood and people deliver to come to you and go somewhere else because of how you treat women when they come into the business it’s funny how as I’m leaving you pick up the rotors and take them to your mechanics, but you couldn’t get them for me regardless of how I am walking into your establishment. I am a customer and I should be treated as such.
