Please Manager check , The Indian guy is the more bad costumer service you can have on the part & service counter. I was trying to buy like $2000.00 in genuine parts for my Toyota Highlander & because I ask for the price him start ignoring me & start to attend the next person on the line & him try to attend the second person & I asked him why is ignoring me & him answer was because I just want know the price. I definitely need know the price before because is the only way for buying the part & I have the money for the part but how I will pay if I don’t know the price? Him was rude and disrespectful with me & the rest of the employees start bullying me. I never will came here again. This is unacceptable behavior.

If it was possibly to give this dealership 0 stars I would. Giving 1 is even giving them more credit then they deserve. I spoke to 2 different managers and more than enough mechanics. This place does not know how to communicate with customers and treat me as if I have no knowledge of a vehicle. I am not a mechanic, but I definitely know how a car is supposed to sound and feel. Because they cannot find the problem the 1 mechanic or 2, it’s a “nothing is wrong with your vehicle”. They will wait for your car to break down or have the problem reach its max of no repair before they do something about it. Horrible dealership!!
