I bought my first Audi about 1.5 years ago. Since my first visit at SLM Auto, I never looked back. I was impressed with the work quality the team does and the honesty that comes with it. Jeff, Alex and the team have been a trustworthy shop and have been nothing but helpful since day one. They always look out for my best interest and provide knowledge on what’s best recommended. The inspections they perform also gives me insight on what’s next to consider to keep my car running smoothly. They have gained a loyal customer for years to come! I appreciate the honest work!

Alex and the crew are SLM always do a great job from oil changes to repairs and upgrades. Their top down inspections provide great insight as to what my car needs as well as what may be needed in the future. I find them to be super honest never trying to sell me on anything unnecessary.

I most recently took my 2012 Audi A6 to SLM for some preventative maintenance repairs all of which were suggested by Alex and Jeff to keep my car running longer. They do a complete examination of your car each and every time it is brought to them and keep a list of suggested maintenance. You can choose what to do at that time or wait. If it is something that is absolutely necessary at the time, they will inform you. If any of you reading this own an Audi, you know they are not cheap to repair in the event you have prolonged some preventative maintenance! Their business and team are good at what they do and have a high set of standards for integrity and quality in auto repair. SLM is the only place I trust to take my car to and know that myself and my car have been given top notch service!

Alex and Jeff are amazing and are the definition of what integrity should look like at an auto repair shop. Technicians are also very knowledgeable and don't recommend services that aren't required like a lot of dealerships do. I would not entrust my 3 VW's to anyone else in Omaha. I love SLM AUTO CARE!!!

This was my first experience with SLM. Brought in my Countryman for scheduled service. Can’t say enough good things about the team! They were excellent to work with during my visit! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and an utmost professional. I had unanticipated repairs that needed to be completed(engine oil leak, thermostat, coolant leak and gearbox service ). The cost was fair and the the work was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
