I wasn't sure what in the world was wrong with my car, but Eric diagnosed it very quickly, ordered the new part, and I was done in 3 hours. I was expecting a multi-day car drop off but Eric here at Major Muffler took great care of me. I"m so glad to have found a great car repair place!

I thought this was a good place when I went there. I paid 700 / 700 actually to get my car fixed. They put a new thermostat on my car and it's been running hot. They told me that is still under warranty so they would only charge for the labor. And plus it's something else that's wrong that wasn't wrong before they fix my car. While I was there it was three people bringing their cars back one for the same as me. And one person because they messed up her car by lowering it and something broke and they wanted to charge her almost $300. I think they have some good people in their shop but it's not a good quality shop
