I had been battling issues with my rebuilt 87 Nissan Hardbody and after taking it to Skinner’s for a carb checkup, I was called and told the issue was solved!! I was given info to help me in the future and a very reasonable charge for the service!! My truck runs so much better. I would recommend Skinner’s to anyone!! Thanks again….

Took my 1977 Mustang II Cobra II to Skinner's thinking I possibly needed a carburetor rebuild, or at least work on it. Nick was very kind looking at it, making adjustments to the carburetor and not charging me anything. Also pointing out things to look for if I do start to have problems. This kind of service, and honesty is what will keep me going back!! Highly recommend Skinner's to anyone!! In a day when honesty and integrity are a rare find in auto repair, Skinner's Is worth your time.

This is the only place to go if you have a carbureted vehicle. I have an 84 Dodge Ramcharger with an Edelbrock carb and they got it running better than ever, went above and beyond and for a very reasonable price too. Very friendly staff and quality work. Only place I trust to work on my truck

My carburetor quadrajet started leaking so I looked up skinners and went by early morning took my carburetor in let them know what happened.soon after told they can rebuild it in 2 days so I said ok and they called me to pick it up took it home installed it running like new thanks again.

I was told by another auto repair shop in town that Skinner's was *THE* place to take my '81 Jeep CJ5 that I'd purchased a few weeks earlier. Previous owner had put a new Holly carb on it, clearly straight out of the box with no tuning. It ran so rich that I could barely stand to drive it, the fumes were so bad. I made an appointment with Skinner's, dropped it off in the AM and picked it up good-to-go in the afternoon. It runs so much better and they also fixed the auto-choke that I didn't even know wasn't working (but now I can tell a difference). Definitely 5-star service without costing an arm-and-a-leg! I highly recommend!!!
