Went in the shop yesterday to get an oil change , alignment . Was told I needed new tire rods on the passenger side of my caddy cts . I said ok do it . The price was 545 all said and done . Not only is my alignment worse than when I went in , I have a wobble in my steering . I go down the street to get new tires and got laughed at for the money I spent vs the work done . Was told by the second shop they would have done both sides with new tire rods and alignment for less . I haven’t had the chance to go back but they open at 8am and I will have a word with someone about a refund for my alignment.

Had the tie rods and ball joints replaced here and within a few months was involved in the most catastrophic vehicle malfunction I have ever seen. They refused to help in any way replace what was damaged. Go to Matt's tire across the street instead of you value your life and car.

Do not listen to the bad reviews when they are saying that are crooks and they are rude none of these accusations are true, nine times out of ten Joey didn’t give them a good enough price to suit them or they tried to get over on them and it didn’t work in their favor.I am very picky with who touches my vehicles and if I come to them then they are very good at what they do. I’ve been coming here for 8 years for tire, brake, and mechanical repairs as well and I’ve never had an issue with the owner or his employees every location that Joey owns their customer service and their work is always quality. Simuns gets the job done right the first time at a reasonable time and price.
