Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove Service

I come to Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove not only because it is convenient and I live close to the dealership. I come to the dealership also because of my service advisor Jose Guerrero. He is really great! It’s like if I had a family member in the service department. Every time I come it’s like a one on one real close relationship. He is easy to work with understands everything I need and explains everything I need. Jose is awesome!

I purchased a new truck in Nov 2024. The sun visor was inoperable. I immediately called to make an appointment to have it repaired. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled twice. A few months later, I finally got the appointment and came in, thankfully I was given a rental car because of the time it would take to fix the visor. The service advisor told me my truck would be washed/cleaned when I came to pick it up. When I returned to pick up my truck it was not cleaned. I asked the service advisor and he said the machine was broken. I know there is a contingency plan for these situations because I bought the truck at closing and it was taken off site to wash it, but I guess now that you have my money, I’m no longer worth a car wash. I will take my business elsewhere. I own 4 Chevys.

I bought my truck at Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove and have been getting it serviced there for the past five years. They always do an amazing job and have such a great staff. From Manual the porter, to Amber in the rentals, to Seth managing the sevice center to Luis and the other guys there. However everytime I get my truck serviced I ask for Jose. He is exceptional in everyway. He always addresses all my needs, is unbelievably friendly and makes sure to go the extra mile (as all the staff does) It's hard to articulate the years of dedicated, outstanding service in such a short paragraph. Jose hands down along with all the staff are amazing. What a blessing to work with such great people and get such great service!!
