5 Stars!! They are the best! Was on a roadtrip and experienced a car issue at 4pm on Friday an hour before closing. They said bring it in and they would look at it. They identified the problem and I was able to continue my trip.

Had to bring my car in because it wouldn鈥檛 pass SMOG so I brought my car into Sierra Automotive. The owners, Mary and Eron were very friendly. My car had a lot of problems so I really appreciated the time and energy that their mechanic, Gene, put into it. They had my car a few weeks but I know it was a headache and Gene was so patient and wouldn鈥檛 give up on my car. Thanks to a lot of the workers there, even Jason who worked the front desk. Everyone was very nice. I have a big hug to Gene for fixing my car and passing SMOG, you鈥檙e the best and thanks for taking the time to talk to my husband and I when it came to giving us information on the car and being honest about everything. Highly recommend you guys and will use in the future 馃榿

They quoted me a price on the phone, for a 2 hr brake job and made an appt for 9am on Thursday. I arrived and they only had 1/2 the parts, he told me it would be more than 4 hours and I'd have to bring it back the next day for the other half if they get the other parts. Then asked me to sign an authorization to work on my car, with an extra $300 added from original quote. I made him shred the form and I left the office with no work done and no future appointment.

I've been here 3 times now and every time I was treated great. Twice for smog check and another time had both front ball joints replaced. I'm a SWF and they did NOT take advantage of me at all, ( my first hubby was a mechanic, 馃槅). This is a small community mountain town, highly recommend Sierra Automotive, in Wofford Heights.馃挴馃憤

Today I took my truck to Sierra Automotive for a smog check. I pulled in and asked the guy standing outside in a mechanics uniform where he would like me to park, he said there's all kinds of spots, I said ok, I was just checking cause I've never been there before. I park my truck and he says with a rude attitude that I can't just leave the truck, I need to check into the office. I had not even gotten a chance to get out yet. I asked him where the office was and he yelled at me that can't I see the big sign??? Obviously I couldn't or didn't and that's why I was asking. Not to mention the sign is not large and it's faded. That guy was soooooo freaking rude and aggressive that I just walked into the office, canceled the appointment and went to another business. He really emphasized with his attitude and tone that I was an annoyance. Not a good way to gain or maintain customers!
