I hate giving a low review but with my experience, well I’ll just say my car wasn’t fixed! I’m from out of state(Texas), I was in Ohio working. My car needed some maintenance. I went in around 1 on Tuesday and told them what I believed to be wrong with it(I’m no mechanic) the traction control system. Told him what I had to do to get it to turn off just to get by. And then I needed rotors and brakes. They was nice enough to take me to my hotel so I didn’t have to sit there and wait. They said they had a car they was working on that they was almost finished with then they could look at my car, (totally fine) they took me to my hotel I waited for that update I called around 5:30 I rushed to call cause online said they close at 5. They told me things ran over with the other car, then my car would be first thing in the morning and that it was already lifted in the air. So I let them keep it cause my hotel had everything around it. I told them from the beginning my last day at the hotel is Wednesday (next day) check out at 11. Still needed to load my car. I called Wednesday morning 9:30-10 to give them time to figure out about the car, if I was wrong. Said to call bk in 30 min I did. They finally told me that it wasn’t the traction control system that it was the cam shaft sensor. They gave me an estimate told them okay fix it, so I can get back to Texas safe. Well by then it was time to check out my hotel, so they nicely came got me 5 minutes down the road so I could load my car and I would just wait in the lobby, said they have it done by 3 It wasn’t done till 5:30 I start to head home to Texas and 2 hours down the road my car starts doing what it was doing when I took it in. I was so upset. I ‼️COUNTED 16 TIMES‼️ that I had to pull over and cut my car off so it would reboot the computer without getting creamed by other vehicles. I made it home safely thankful and it took me an extra 2 1/2 hours but I made it. It just upsets me that I got charged($240) for something I didn't even need and wish they just listened to me in the first place. but i will say the people there are very very nice people and the guy(don't remember his name) I enjoyed our little conversation about religion.

I had my car worked on by them.Great and Qualified mechanics,they even gave me a ride home.It took about 2 weeks to get it back but Well Worth it.Likw I said they truly are good mechanics.I would take it there again

They have had my car for almpst two years and i feel like the car will Never be fixed and ill never get it back. I would never ever take a car here again.

Had a screw in my tire. Call Sidney Car Care. On arriving Corey Got a mechanic on it. Add a repaired within a half hour. Very polite and courteous.
