Owner made a very poor display of professionalism.I took a 70 year old pickup to them to be aligned and braked blead. He had starting issues i’ve never had a found several small things that were wrong making it unable to align.I didn’t ask to have the transmission lever worked in as he said it was loose.Now it won’t go into drive.He told me he didn’t ever want to see that truck again.All he had to say was don’t think i can fix it.Really Reputation as a good mechanic. I told him it needed a tie rod and let a parts book if he needed it. He told me I had some after market parts that he couldn’t get. I paid him and limped it home.I ordered the needed part from the book i left him.Im 73 and I will install the tie rod myself. Left a bad taste and made a very poor impression. I’ll take it elsewhere to get trans selector fixed.

I brought my car in for a engine code, oil leak and a clunking noise in my suspension. Very professional and knowledgeable. A different shop stated the clunking noise was from my power steering motor. Showermans quickly determined that was wrong and issued the fix on the front sway bar links. Had me back on the road within 3 days. Definitely a permanent customer now.

I live four hours from my hometown. After getting a referral from Grampy's Auto Parts, I called to get my parent's 1996 Ford Thunderbird in for repair.
